  • Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher

    We are looking for an additional teacher in our two-year-old classroom! This position would collaborate with two of our existing teachers & implement a curriculum for that age group. This position requires an associate's degree or higher in ECE, Child Development, or Children and Families.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Implementing the daily activities with coodinating teacher
    • Supervised and care for all students, including assisting with personal hygiene as needed.
    • Coordinating daily activities with other classes as needed
    • Maintaining the classroom cleanliness and other areas of the center according to the cleaning schedule.
    • Assisting wiht opening and closing of the center, as the schedule allows
    • Logging class-wide and individual student activities, meals, naps, and using the restroom into the Brightwheel app.
  • Infant Classroom Lead Teacher

    We are seeking an additional teacher for our Infant Classroom. This position requires an associate's degree or higher in ECE, Child Development, or Children and Families. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young children and have a passion for learning and growing in the field of early childhood education.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Collaborate with the lead teacher to assist with planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities
    • Help create a safe and stimulating classroom environment for infants and toddlers
    • Monitor and engage with children during playtime, meals, and other daily routines
    • Provide individual and group support to children as needed
    • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and progress
  • All Job Qualifications

    All of our roles require a degree in the field or related field, a CDA, or a teaching license. In addition, hopeful candidates must have the following traits:

    • 2500 hours of experience working with children; preferably early childhood or elementary aged children
    • Able to pass state, federal, and child abuse background checks
    • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States
    • Three written references
    • Desire to join a community of families and learners, not just a drop off center
    • A love for children and a desire to work to provide the best care possible
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
    • Must be patient, nurturing, and able to create a positive learning environment
